Mykola Aleksiuk
Mykola advises clients on antitrust and competition law issues.
He supports clients in cases related to violation of the competition law. He also has a significant experience in obtaining anti-monopoly clearance for deals and concerted actions, as well as in legal support of public procurement matters.
Having considerable expertise in litigation, Mykola regularly represents national and foreign companies of various industries in high-profile business disputes and disputes with governmental authorities.
Mykola is admitted to the Bar and certified as an Insolvency Receiver.

Valeriy Savva
Valeriy focuses on banking and finance regulation, as well as on matters of corporate and commercial law.
His legal expertise also includes such fields as compliance and regulatory, corporate governance, currency control issues, financing and debt restructuring.
Valeriy has worked on numerous international transactions on purchase and sale of assets, as well as participated in complex legal due diligence exercises within financial, retail and healthcare industries.
